A Pricing Update from Osgood Movement

First and foremost: thank you. Your trust, your commitment to your health, and the community you have helped build at Osgood Movement genuinely mean everything to us. It is from that place of gratitude that we want to share some important news with complete transparency.
Starting the 5th of May 2026, we will update our pricing across all services. This decision has not been taken lightly. The costs of delivering personalised, exceptional care, including specialist education, clinical equipment, and the time and expertise that go into every session, have increased, and our pricing needs to reflect that reality.
What is changing
Beyond the pricing, we are also refining how our session formats work so that every appointment delivers the most meaningful care possible.
1-hour sessions will now be structured as blended appointments that combine hands-on manual therapy with gym-based rehabilitation. This integrated approach means you leave each session having both received treatment and built the physical foundations to support it.
30-minute appointments will focus on hands-on preventive care, ideal for maintenance, targeted treatment, and keeping the body functioning well between longer sessions.
If you require more soft-tissue and massage work, we strongly recommend booking with our specialist Beth. Her dedicated sports massage service remains the ideal complement to your treatment plan.
