How can I book my appointment?
You can book your appointment using the 'Book Appointment' link, which will direct you to our platform on Cliniko.
This is the quickest way to get booked in, and availability is regularly updated. We occasionally post open appointments or cancellations on our Instagram. -
Do you take insurances?
Yes. We accept specific provider which includes WPA, Aviva, Vitality, GCC, AXA.
You will need to pay for your treatment and claim it back through your insurance. We will provide an invoice for your payment directly to your email, if requested. Just let us know. -
I'm new, where do I start?
Welcome! We're delighted that you’re considering us. For new patients, we always suggest an initial consultation, so that we can assess your movement and understand your movement story.
We’d also suggest a movement assessment as another option, because it allows us to analyse your biomechanics beyond your injury site.

I can't see a time that works for me?
We understand that everyone’s timing is different; however, our booking link is the quickest way to see our availability.
If you send us an email, we can add you to our waiting list, where you can access any appointments that may arise from cancellations.
